Working as Head of department (PPC PROCESSING)

Responsibilities:  Planning and follow up of customer PO/SO” from yarn to fabric finish store (Dyeing+Rotary Prinitng+Digital Printing) Feeding of the PO/SO after getting it from marketing /MRP department ,Provide daily production plan to all the departments process wise and according to machine specifications.  Provide advance plan to dyeing team according to nature of business, Plan according to calculated capacity, and then allocate capacity for different customer on daily basis. Coordinate with different departments from grey fabric store to finish store for the smooth supply chain of fabric. Coordinates with dyeing Lab and R&D team for missing parameters in lots, for Dips and Br,s.  . Identify the Lots need attention to move at next process and controlling their movements so that there should no bypass to system and remains in WIP Collaboration with IT Department and IE, for the generation of reports that are helpful while planning fabric machine wise, process wise. Performing the minutes of meeting, that what are the main points ,and whom to be assigned.Skill
