• Developed and implemented digital roadmap for Hilti Pakistan including Ecommerce website, digital marketing i.e. platform selection, post selection (organic and inorganic) and conveying results analysis.

• Reported to operation manager in planning and execution of different activities related to Hilti store.
• Managing Hilti store activities, business development through cold calls and inviting customers to visit the stores.
• Managed a team of CSR for the completion of day to day business activities and utilization of the business development projects. This include various promotions communications to the customers etc.
• Managing Hilti store inventory, planning for the required items to be displayed and refilling by sending details to main warehouse.
• CSR development; TNA (Training need analysis) and development of Performance based incentive program on completion of short/long term objectives.

• Answering customer queries on 111, managing & recording new and existing complaints, routing to concerned department.
• Handling a team of 15 CSR in the absence of team lead, answering to delayed customer complaints and queries.
• Rotational team member of backend department(IRU), inter-department coordination for network and billing related issues.
• Represent and explain updates to team in regular development session on behalf of team lead.
• Providing GPRS solution by calling customers, educating them for different handset settings, follow-up calls and closing of activities after resolution.
