•Creation of a Recruitment/HR department and ensure smooth operations in line with industry standards. Training existing department members and creating standard operating procedures to be followed for all recruitment operations.•Lead a project to coordinate with IT department to create a new Job Portal for Middle Eastern market focusing on IT and customer service jobs. In charge of design, functionality and marketing strategy of the job board.•Ensure effective recruitment practice to ensure all departments are staffed properly.•Ensure that the team closes all high profile positions in management and IT operations.•Conduct meetings with respective business units and line management to assess hiring needs and accordingly strategize for recruitment•Analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and Policies Company wide.•Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.•Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation. Development of contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.•Management and resolution of complex employee relations issues. Conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.•Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.•Identification of training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs and arranging programs to address the.•Evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs.
