• Ensure effective recruitment practice to ensure all departments are staffed properly.
• Ensure that the team closes all high profile positions in management and IT operations.
• Conduct meetings with respective business units and line management to assess hiring needs and accordingly strategize for recruitment
• Analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and Policies Company wide.
