With over 10 years of experience in the beverage industry, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader in packaging and manufacturing process improvement. As the production manager at Carlsberg Srbija, I lead department of over 100 employees and oversee the implementation of lean TPM principles and practices across the packaging department, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, efficiency, and sustainability along with people development in center of growth. I also used to lead the Carlsberg Excellence program within company, which aims to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization. In my previous roles as a Lean TPM Manager and a Packaging Supervisor at Carlsberg, I successfully managed multiple projects and initiatives to optimize the packaging operations, reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction. Some of my achievements include improving the OEE by 15%, reducing the waste by 20%, and increasing the energy efficiency by 10%. I have strong skills in manufacturing process improvement, continuous process improvement, and lean manufacturing, as well as a solid background in automation engineering and maintenance roles.
