- Architect, implement and manage features of a NextJs React/Redux app that serves over 1500 e-commerce sites for clients, all using data from a customized Magento backend.- AJAX REST APIs from Magento and 3rd-party resources to fetch data to be used in the React/Redux app.- Incorporate NextJs to do server-side rendering to boost our e-commerce sites' SEO. Deploy app by building within a Docker container and use Docker for monitoring the app's health and automatic restarting the app if the app ever goes down. Host application on AWS.- Write efficient code so that the app meets Google PageSpeed Insights / Lighthouse Core Web Vitals score standards.- Write adaptable code to allow customization for any client's requests.- Do internalization work to serve French-language sites to clients who are based in Canada.- Ensure sites meet accessibility standards level A and AA.- Create a Web Components/Custom Elements UI library and code snippets for the Design Team that are used for creating dazzling web pages.- Create Github Actions to improve development and QA workflow such as automating deployment, running unit tests and linters for pull requests and automating work statuses in Jira.- Lead a team of 8 developers and cooperate with QA to get projects accomplished, tested and delivered to stakeholders. Includes giving lessons and training sessions to team, provide extensive code review comments on improving code quality and have one-on-one check-ins when developer requires assistance.- Lead communicator for multiple departments including Design, Analytics, Content Management and 3rd-party collaboration teams to discuss features to add to the app.

- Oversee the organization's website rebuild project to ensure timelines are met and the project is moving in the correct direction.- Lead a UI/UX Designer to helping create quality low-fidelity (low-fi) wireframes and high-fidelity (hi-fi) mockup designs for the organization's website rebuild. Includes creating block diagram visuals, making designs component/atomic-based and providing feedback from a developer standpoint.- Coordinate with a 3rd-party Development Team to confirm deliverables, the acceptance criteria pass and they match the research and due diligence done.- Contribute small code portions of the React app for the Development Team during user acceptance testing.- Report to the CEO for updates and statuses of the project and communication between Development Team and UniversalGiving.- Successfully launched the new website in November 2021.

- Lead the project discovery and research phase for the organization's website rebuild.- Research and document website competitors for designs, features, components and behaviors that tailor to organization's wants for the new website, a volunteer/donation website with e-commerce similarities.- Review and provide UI/UX feedback on research documents written by team.- Design flowcharts of user processes (such as for volunteers and donors).- Lead other interns working in the Product Development department.- Communicate with stakeholders and website partners to determine decisions on integrations for the website rebuild.- Present to the CEO on all research and work done by the team.

- Manage multiple retail stores as a sales representative and vendor for the client.- Devise plans to best drive sales for each store for the client.- Collect data and information about competitors for analysts.- Work closely with stores' associates to have products checked, ensure they are in stock, well-presented and reached out to consumers.- Assist store customers with questions, concerns, and wants about the client's products.
