- Advising customers how to resolve technical problems that they may experience.
- Creating bug reports and feature requests to improve the company's products.
- Understanding Groovy and Java scripting languages.
- Outlining the best practices to customers and upholding the support standards outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
