Director of Operations and Creative for a multi-day outdoor music and arts festival with an emphasis on local talent and community building.

Led all aspects of project delivery from design to closeout, most commonly as a design-build partner on ground-up new construction projects. Responsibilities include:- Contract, specification, and scope definition- Budgeting and estimation- Risk assessment and mitigation- Manage and lead BIM coordination processes, including working with internal detailers and consultants as well as outside subcontractors and designers.- Scheduling and work plan development with multiple building trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical Piping, Controls and Building Management Systems)- Design review and value engineering proposal development- Contract review and execution, including change orders and contract modifications- Negotiating subcontracts and vendor purchase agreements- Monthly forecasting and cost projections- Ongoing owner and developer support- Postmortem project analysisRepresentative Projects:- Bates Technical College: 4-story 65,000SF new construction medical education facility including labs and patient care rooms- DaVita Central Business Office Expansion: 3-story 160,000SF new construction office in Federal Way, Wa.- Seattle Genetics: 100,000 SF biomedical research facility with extensive integration of Owner Furnished equipment- Hawk Towers: Complete buildout of 291,000SF Hilton/Embassy Suites Hotel, + retail/restaurant podium (80,000SF), office tenant space (165,000SF), and parking garage (195,000SF)- Avalara Office TI: 90,000SF 6-floor office buildout with recording studios, server rooms and kitchen.- King 5 News Headquarters: Two recording studios, data center, and office spaces
