She shares what she has practised and experienced. Previously a workaholic movie producer, her wake up call came after a surgery. She then met her yoga teacher Janet Lau. In the teacher training, she practised yoga and mindfulness, which led her to see through the illusions that twisted her reality. Then, she flew to India to learn how the mind works from Dalai Lama and high lamas. She has started her sound healing training with Malbert Lee since 2018. With over 10 years of experience in producing movies, Zero especially likes to bring real-story sharing into her class which people find authentic, inspiring and healing.-Leading singing bowl sound bath for more than 100 hours-Teaching Mindful Yoga and Yin Yoga for more than 200 hours-Current resident singing bowl therapist and meditation teacher at “Vijnana”-Current resident yoga teacher at “Yoga GOM”-Charity yoga teaching and sound healing at “Hong Kong Cancer Fund” -Established "Island Within” in 2020, where she created a home studio leading more than 60 sessions of mindfulness retreat in a year-She was also invited to give public speech
