In this fan experience capacity, I performed as and managed the impact of the mascot program “D. Baxter the Bobcat” for Diamondbacks organization. These touch points included: -Community impact-Baseball academies-Ticket sales and services-Corporate sales and sponsor activation-Social media management and creative content creator-In-game fan entertainment-Event planning/execution-Educational programming (S.T.E.M., field trip days, character counts, summer reading, etc.)Over the nine seasons with Diamondbacks, Hall grew the mascot program & branded “Baxter” as the most fan friendly mascot in sports. This fan friendly approach helped grow the D-backs brand across the game of baseball with greater interaction & friendliness among sports and baseball fans of all ages. As the youngest sports franchise in MLB as well as the Arizona marketplace, these interactions carried great value as the team looks to continue to develop fan affinity in a market filled with many transplants. With over 400+ appearances a year including D-backs home spring training and regular season games Hall helped lead successful growth strategies for the program that included participating in the MLB All Star game each year including hosting the 2011 festivities at Chase Field. Hall also participated in the 2013 World Baseball Classic, 2014 MLB Opening Series in Sydney Australia, while also helping lead the growth of the D-backs Hispanic marketing in Hermosillo, Mexico with multiple appearance’s each year. I was able to coordinate National performances as "Baxter" appearing on Good Morning America, on Broadway with the show CATS, MLB Network’s “Intentional Talk,” and featured on ESPN “Sportscenter” multiple times featuring player interaction antics.
