Vivienne is a Chinese-Canadian international affairs research analyst. She obtained her Master's degree in International Security at Sciences Po Paris with concentrations in Global Risks and Methods. She previously graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia with specializations in Modern European Studies and International Relations. As a youth leader and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, Vivienne represented the community at the 2017 World Youth Forum and the 2018 St. Gallen Symposium. Her interests in international affairs are primarily in topics of international security (specifically WMD disarmament & cybersecurity), governance, and rights issues.
