• Working at a team providing 3rd-party customer voice monitoring services to well-known automotive companies• Extracting quality issues with 95% accuracy from users’ vague comments and writing alert reports for high-risk cases • Learning web crawler tool to efficiently acquire users’ comments from the auto website and filtering fake comments • Independently analyzing and condensing 1800 + comments into 10-slides Monthly VW(China) Quality Report including trending analysis, detailed analysis etc., 80% of the analytical result is directly used in final version report

• Objective: Implementing big data analytics and dashboard to automate auditing process and realize real-time monitoring • Challenge: Lack of auditing knowledge, undefined information requirement and data sources • Action: Interviewing 10+ colleagues across the auditing team and IT department to conduct the information requirement analysis and data source identification, comparing 3 different risk assessment model and adding several risk indicators• Result: The main project delivery, blueprint for vendor risk assessment dashboard, was approved by Dell global auditing team and put into practice, significantly improving data processing efficiency and reducing the risk of sampling bias

• Objective: Leading 4 team members to design the franchising business model for a Karting club • Challenge: Inaccurate customer requirements, lack of relevant research and business cases for this unpopular industry • Action: Conducting 4 meetings with the customer to deeply understand the business model of Karting club and specific customer requirements, reading 20+ industrial report and creating the complete project framework within 15 days• Achievements: Designing 5 franchising models, especially one creative incubation model, successfully assisting the customer to bring project deliveries into operation and generating ¥100,000 revenue as the only intern-conducted project
