• Attend to escalation from MTSE/Shift Technician & troubleshoot the hard down tools
• Perform detail investigation and problem-solving data analysis to ensure equipment/tool is up and ready to support production. Align to product roadmap and build plan requirement, proactively work on collaterals.
• Lead and provide comprehensive training to sustaining and manufacturing workforce to improve their technical competency
• Own HVM lead portfolio and work independently with minimal supervision and led a small team of shift engineers & technicians to sustain factory tool and equipment (MTBA, USDT).

• Responsible for mechanical design and technical support throughout the product development life cycle.
• Develop mechanical design in 3D CAD and generate mechanical documentations such as 2D drawings, BOM, tolerance analysis and etc.
• Liaise with customer, supplier, production and etc. to ensure the design meets the product requirements.
• Prepare proof of concept prototype samples for either customer or internal use.
• Support project management and sourcing teams for product costing and project schedule plan.
• Support Test & Verification team to develop and execute mechanical design verification plans per requirements specifications.
