Behavioral work productivity (BeWork) Research ProgrammeBeWork is an inter-disciplinary project to study behavioural approaches to increasing work productivity in field of applied microeconomics, behavioural science, and optimisation. Conducted face-to-face survey, interviews and experimental interventions. Implemented data processing and analysis for research on consumer and driver behaviour in personal transport industry.

• Built multiple one-stop interactive dashboards that aggregate manufacturing and inspection data of various products, displaying interlinked tables and multi-dimensional plots that improve efficiency by 30 minutes in each lot provisioning.• Implemented Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with UiPath, macros, and Snowflake scripts that run automatically to fetch and process data from servers, distribute it to desired locations, and update dashboards.• Collaborated with the Taiwan Team to create data analysis pipelines and helped the team understand Singapore production needs, which exceeded expected outcomes with more effective functions.

• Learned and applied Elasticsearch platform operations, including mapping, setting, and DSL query functions.• Constructed a comprehensive report covering configuration, programming, maintenance, and optimization aspects.• Develped strong understanding in ELK and data lake systems.
