Manage over $30M biz crossing from switches, gas sensor to current sensor, etc. Work with global OM team to analyze market trend so as to support product line portfolio development and management. Close work with regional sales/FAE to understand market trends/observations, progress on customer engagements to pursue opps and adjust product portfolio. Conduct customer VOCs and filter out opportunities to rationale biz priorities/resource and investment.

Strategy planning - Participant in GC Eng/Biz team high level strategy discussion, work out AOP plan according to biz strategy & roadmap, lead Eng team to develop budget plan, drive alignment with manufacturing AOP so as to finalize AOP (project/expense/capex/census) considering company financials target.Customer communication - At the beginning of NPI, closely work with MKT/SALES/ENG team to understand customer application, analyze customer need, drive project to correct direction complying with biz strategy; During the product development, follow up with customer need and adjust target according to market change/self capability and biz demand. After product launch, follow up customer application issue and resolve, so as to ensure bring sustainable benefit. Team influence - NJ PMO team establish and capability buildup, organize PMO team internal sharing, act as a mentor to build team capability, help members to deep dive project difficulties and give suggestion to meet biz requirements. Engaged in new Gas sensor Eng team setup, coaching new Eng NPI development, support Eng Manager to work out resource waterline, manage/control team budget, deliver toxic/AAQ sensor to meet industrial safety/environment market demand. Program Management - Work with local X-functional team to draft flexible process so as to help PMO team to cooperate effectively.Manage Eng team financials to ensure the budget can be spent on the most potential opportunities to support business.Support manufacturing quality assurance/customer audit, introduce NPI process and clarify questions so as to improve customer confidence to help biz pull in.

As Sr.PM, understand product development definition and procedures, plan and manage NPIs including legacy industrial products and new IOT area.Be able to recognize project potential risks and make assessment, drive and lead team members to find out the solution so as to reduce the impact.Control the project budget, timing & quality to support the business, also recognize members achievements to arrive team success.Help members to adopt standard tools,process to reach team growth.Make specific analysis to adopt proper project executive method. Also share the experience and learn from others in PMO team to make self improvement.

Work with sakes&marketing to visit key customers to understand VOCs;Provide product datasheet and application training to Support market promotion;Lead design team to make competitor analysis so as to define key specs; Draw out project plan and control product cost with sourcing team.Lead team to implement technical review with global experts, work with functional teams throughout until PPAP complete.During project establishing, get to know members strengths and weaknesses,understand their goals to organize team and help team growth; during project execution, review team achievements periodically. Communicate with functional team leaders effectively to improve members development direction.During product life cycle, track new product market feedback to extend product future configuration.Make use of EE background, cooperate with ME and software engineer to deliver project. And learn more knowledge about mechanical design requirements which is helpful for suppliers management.Meeting with multi-level leadership and report project progress from technical,financial,etc.perspectives.

As a start up company, understand product compliance requirements and internal test capability/external test expense.Conduct CCC,UL etc. certificate obtain, learn product design standards and get familiar with global standards variance to help designers improve design success.Work with design team to draw out product test plan according to customer specific demands.
