From day to day project supervising, I also take care of project allocation, make sure team members' individual talent get well developed.2) Commercial support: I work closely with CGBD/Sales personnel to review proposals, discover new business opportunities from previous reseach cases and assist BD/Sales to pitch clients. 3) Strategic growth: regular interactions with global offices and management team to foster greater collaboration, transparency and visibility across teams. I also work with the Global Product Strategy and Development Director and Head of Consulting to further development of an appointed practice area. I'm currently leading the Innovation practice in APAC region, which brings me a broader vision and enhance my leadership capability.

Having four years of Euromonitor experience in consulting research, I bring an excellent balance of reserach and commercial skills to the role that can help our team continue to grow and success.
