- Projects planning from initiation until successful delivery.- Forecasting - Participating in root cause/ corrective actions defined within the project area in order for further enhancement to the customer experience and improve the deliverables quality.- Prepare communication Matrix between different stakeholders.- Make sure to have a proper sign off for the project and close it in all relevant tools.• Project Support Analyst - Vodafone Hungary Account;- Play as Project Advisor & Project Analyst for the onshore PM.- Prepare and coordinate project initiation call with Delivery Excellence Team to kick off the project.- Prepare/ develop all the planning components for the projects, include:* Project Consolidated Plan* Project Metrics* Project Schedule* Project Estimate Package* Project Sizing* Measurement Plan* PDP* Configuration Management Plan- Prepare the Monthly Financial report and Variance Analysis- Handle Project Audits with Delivery Excellence Team.- Build Personal development plan, and set business operations goals for the team.• Former Project Support Analyst - Vodafone UK Account.- Prepare the Monthly Financial report and Variance Analysis

- Implementation of the network infrastructure, surveying sites, checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. - Responsible for the Executing, Monitoring and control, and Closing process groups. - Handle project(s) issues internally & externally- Manage project’s staff according to project resources allocation.- Communicate project update for all stakeholders periodically- Control the project plan to avoid deviation & to assure that project meets the key deliverables defined at the start of it.- Ensures that project documents are appropriate, updated & matched with SOW statement.
