It aims to alleviate grievances, strengthen communities’ abilities to withstand shocks and stressors, and provide opportunities for youth impacted by violence and conflict. The Deputy Chief of Party-Programs (DCOP-P) leads the program and technical aspects of the project along with the portfolio of grants activities. The DCOP-P is also representing the activity as a seasoned networker with an outward facing role championing thought leadership and positioning the project with relevant Palestinian community groups, associations, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and municipalities, and other government agencies.
