1- Reviewing & controlling the department Income statement for continuous assessment & recommendations including but not limited to (reviewing the costs & expenses, General & administrative costs, assets depreciation , revenue...etc.).2- Reviewing & controlling the maintenance division income statement and jobs and doing continuous assessment for the costs against the division revenue.3- Help the owner in the feasibility studies to ease the decision making process.4- Review & initial approval to the projects budgets, schedule, scope of work, contracts conditions before the GM/owner approval.5- Control the department procurement starting from requests assessment, selection of suppliers/Contractors and approving the department expense claims and payments to contractors & suppliers. 6- Controlling the projects in progressing in terms of adherence to the project management plans and continuous review of performance using Earned Value analysis.7- Liaise & coordination between the client, consultant and the PMO / subcontractors.8- Controlling the assets inventory, movements & maintenance (Vehicles, equipment, tools, instruments …etc.)9- Control the utilization of company accommodation.10- Assessment of Resources need and the re-allocation among the projects based on the priorities.11- Doing the annual appraisal for department employees with increments recommendation.12- Review & Approving employees inquiries & requests through the company website.13- Involved in the recruitment process.

SCCC Facilities, near Dammam port, Built-up Area = 20,100m2.4. Marine Training Center5. Newhorizon schools.Main Goal & Objective is to achieve the optimum & most efficient operation productivity with the lowest cost Duties & Responsibilities:1. Deeply involved in the daily operation & maintenance work, set the priorities, and coating all activities on the premises.2. Maintain a Comfortable Environment to the convenience of the facility users & respond to their needs & complaints - if any. 3. Ensure Health and Safety of the Property & increase the loss prevention culture & methodologies.4. Schedule & monitor Preventive Maintenance on the Facility.5. Promote Facility Energy Efficiency.6. In charge of all contractual issue with clients and vendors who work on company property.7. Make sure that the business is budgeting effectively and that every expenditure works toward creating a more efficient work environment.8. Evaluate real estate market potential & survey of prices.9. Duties & Responsibilities:1. Authorize the projects by preparing the project charter (including the Business need, Measurable Objectives, Identify the Stakeholders & communication method and high level Risk assessment & feasibility study).2. Complete the Project management plan (Scope, Requirements, Budget, schedule, Risk assessment) and get final approval.3. Execute the work according to project management plan & base lines.4. Manage the work team, stakeholders needs & influences, conduct meeting to ensure common understanding.5. Control & Monitor the project (schedule, cost, scope, quality and ensure stakeholder satisfaction).6. Earned value and 4-Percentage analysis.7. Review & Control the Project Chart of Account (COA)8. Monitor & control the project resources.9. Administer Procurement (contracts review, Subcontractor selection, Materials approval & selection, procurement schedule monitor)10. Follow up w/ government to get SECO, water, sewer, civil defense and STC approvals/connections.11. Measure the project performance against the baselines & Report the update & issues to the Owner.12. Manage quality control & Get the acceptance on deliverables.13. Perform Integrated change control where needed.14.
