In my current role as a Senior Software Engineer at Business Novelty Ltd., I am working on optimizing and enhancing software development processes and cloud infrastructure. I specialize in designing and streamlining deployment pipelines for efficient project delivery and optimizing cloud resources to significantly reduce costs. My work also involves transitioning legacy systems to more scalable and manageable architectures, ensuring improved performance and resource management. Additionally, I am dedicated to implementing best practices in cloud security and mentoring junior developers to enhance team productivity and code quality. Previously, I contributed to an Industry-Academia collaboration between the Department of Biomedical Physics & Technology (BMPT), Dhaka University, and Bibeat Ltd, an ownerless social enterprise. The primary mission of this collaboration was to develop homegrown healthcare solutions, making them accessible to people in low- and medium-income countries (LMIC). At Bibeat Ltd, I focused on developing software for indigenously designed medical devices and collaborated with a dynamic team of researchers, led by Dr. K Siddique-e Rabbani, on a sustainable telemedicine delivery system equipped with low-cost locally developed medical devices. Leading the software development, our initiative aimed to provide primary and secondary healthcare in rural areas of Bangladesh, where 70% of the population resides. This project, operational under the "Dhaka University Telemedicine Programme," garnered international attention and recognition. I continue to provide software consultation for Bibeat Ltd and DUTP on a part-time basis, supporting their mission and contributing to ongoing projects.
