• Formulated innovative mixed flow logistics strategy in MIP model and solved via CPLEX in seconds, reduced the infrastructure costs by 90% in the distribution network
• Reduced parcel delivery time by 86.5% and road traffic by 8.6%, bringing $6.67 billion in annual social benefits to Beijing by implementing a “drone + social vehicle” delivery mode
