My professional journey has been an exciting blend of HR, Marketing, and now education funding, shaped by both practical experience and advanced academic studies. I began my career as an HR Intern and quickly progressed to an HR Management Trainee, focusing on Talent Acquisition using the SAP SuccessFactors module. This role equipped me with a deep understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to attract and retain top talent.A subsequent transition to the Marketing department allowed me to explore the digital and operational aspects of brand management. Here, I developed skills in digital strategy, campaign management, and brand positioning, broadening my expertise and adaptability.Eager to further my knowledge, I pursued a Master’s degree in Marketing in the UK. This international education provided me with advanced insights into market analysis, consumer behavior, and strategic marketing, significantly enhancing my professional toolkit.Currently, I am leveraging my diverse background as an Advanced Learner Loan Specialist at Pathway Group. In this role, I use PICSWeb and the SLC portal to guide learners through the complexities of securing funding for their education. My unique combination of HR and Marketing experience, coupled with my dedication to educational support, allows me to offer comprehensive and effective assistance to our learners.I am passionate about empowering individuals through education and am committed to making a positive impact at Pathway Group.
