As a Technical Services Engineer II with over 3 years of experience in the technology and fitness industries, I resolve complex technical issues and ensure system reliability. I manage the backend of key software products used by large fitness organizations, troubleshooting data discrepancies, addressing system bugs, and optimizing configurations to meet client needs. With a deep understanding of three distinct software platforms, I use SQL and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve database issues, ensuring smooth operations.Since joining Daxko, I’ve taken on increasing responsibility, supporting products that serve multi-million-dollar revenue clients. Over the last 3 years, I’ve gained expertise in six front-end products and three back-end systems. My performance has been consistently recognized, earning top performance awards for case closures, bug reporting, and issue escalation.When I transitioned into Technical Services, I had no prior SQL knowledge and was completely self-taught. I quickly adapted to using SQL to troubleshoot and service the products I was still learning. As I’ve grown, I’ve committed to expanding my technical expertise and am pursuing certifications in database management and troubleshooting.My career with Daxko began in Customer Support for our SMB market, providing guidance to small fitness facilities with software-related challenges. I then moved into the Club market, supporting larger clients with multi-million-dollar revenues. This transition has provided me with the experience and perspective to support high-revenue businesses and address their technical challenges efficiently.In addition to my core responsibilities, I’ve contributed to company growth by troubleshooting issues related to our global payment processor. I identified and documented system issues, created JIRAs, and ensured communication with appropriate teams for resolution.Looking ahead, I am focused on expanding my technical skills, particularly in SQL development, and exploring leadership opportunities in technical support and product development. I aim to continue contributing to the evolution of our products and delivering impactful solutions that drive operational excellence.Outside of work, I enjoy reading, playing video games, and spending time with my wife.
