Oversee the accounting department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and function; supervise the company’s finance staff.
Work with Managing Director and management to develop financial plans and projections.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.
Ensure full and timely claim returns on the company’s tax payments-Ensure Legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
Coordinate audits and proper filing of tax returns and maintain professional and productive relationships with relevant taxation authorities and officials.
Develop and utilize forward-looking, predictive models and activity-based financial analyses to provide insight into the organization’s operations and business plans.
