I have accrued over 15 years of leadership experience across both banking subsidiaries and non-banking subsidiaries regulated by the Capital Markets Authority. My focus has been on the integration of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks within the Group strategic planning process, enhancing governance and operational resilience. I have successfully driven initiatives on sustainability, integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria, Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS), alongside climate risk management, into comprehensive ERM strategies. This has enabled the Group Entities to not only comply with regulatory demands but also to pioneer in areas of risk foresight and strategic sustainability.
