Current· Spearhead the weekly "Canary: Higher Ed Issues Landscape Report," delivering strategic insights on communications, reputation management, and crisis preparedness to over 200 university leaders and the entire American Association of Universities.· Lead brand storytelling initiatives for startups, agencies, small businesses, universities, and their most senior leaders to establish and communicate their unique value propositions and enhance their market positioning.· Guide clients through real-time crises, leveraging Meltwater for digital listening insights to mitigate reputational risks, navigate complex issues, and ensure continuous improvement.· Craft compelling opinion pieces and speeches for CEOs and governors to communicate their vision, establish thought leadership, and engage target audiences.· Create digital listening command centers for Carnegie Mellon University, University of Texas Athletics, Indiana University, University of Missouri, ACCO Brands, and JobsOhio, enabling proactive reputation management.· Implement crisis preparedness plans, including vulnerability assessments, crisis playbook optimization, and spokesperson training, to effectively anticipate, prevent, and manage crises.· Co-develop and teach a graduate-level digital metrics course at the UT Stan Richards School of Advertising.
