My main responsibility is planning and organizing the translation of a main client's products including software, websites, promotional and business-related materials, etc. I work with a multinational team of translators as well as an in-house team of experts. The workflow includes quoting, assessing the materials, project planning, constant communication with the client and the translators, consulting translation software engineering and DTP experts, handling any problems that might arise, and of course delivering the translated materials.
