As one of the founder employees of SAP Pakistan, my task was to facilitate transition from being an SAP Malaysia's partner led subsidiary, to becoming an independent legal entity of SAP in Pakistan. My responsibility was to design Competitive Strategy in terms of product differentiation, collaborative value assessment and value-based pricing, for Oracle Technology and Middleware products, against Microsoft and IBM, in the Mid-Market segment across South Asian Growth Economies (Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Cambodia).

As part of the Small and Mid-Market Segment, my role required management and development of Partner Eco-System, through Partner Identification, Recruitment, Enablement and Business Planning to maximize Partner portfolio yield, for Microsoft products.
