The ITS should act as abusiness analyst, translating business needs into IT requirements and reporting thoserequirements to senior staff and ISO as appropriate.• Ensures that post data is organized in an efficient manner, easily accessed and stored in a safe andsecure environment. Maintains and administers data storage databases and applications. A Startup of a call center in El Salvador, my main responsibility was to Design, Develop & Maintain the network infrastructure of the company with initial personnel of 50 employees, applying methods & net architectures from the CCNA methodology and using hardware such as MikroTik & Cisco Switches, I developed a cascade network for the initial team and used Active Directory DS on Windows Server 2012 R2 for the Development and Maintenance of the employee's network users, among many other tasks.

As a QA Lead, my main job was to ensure a team of 4 people would perform at their best in their quality control tasks of creative content that the company produced, such as social posts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, Policy Compliance in video editorials, Branding Coherence, etc.As well as to be involved in Data Processing Tasks of raw data produced by several departments within the company, such as Accounting and Project Management.

I was part of an IT Support Account for Comwave Canada, comprised of a team of 15 IT Support Agents.
