Launched Mobile for Humanitarian Innovation Challenge Round 5 at GSMA Innovation Fund on behalf of FCDO. ● Evaluated approximately 100 + applications and conducted on-site due diligence in Cambodia, Nepal and Pakistan.● Executed grant agreements and led implementation in the APAC region (Pakistan, Nepal, Cambodia, Philippines). ● Ensured effective utilization of grants and successful delivery of milestones resulting in impact by reviewing evidence and quality of technical and financial reporting.● Facilitated grantees with MNO partnership in the APAC region for the use of mobile technology.● Facilitated grantees with GSMA's Boot camps and technical assistance workshops.

Launched (end-to-end) Instant Payment Scheme use-case on Easypaisa digital wallet. Achieved 1 million registrations in 1 month from GoLive.Launched first ever Internet Banking portal for Telenor Bank, enabling user to create an online bank account without having to go the branch. Worked on API integration for various B2C products including, payments, UBP, Voucher, QR, Airtime, etc enabling multiple use-cases for our customers and merchants to transact. Currently in the process of launching open banking and P2P QR for Pakistan's financial industry.Writing user stories for new products, reviewing solution design documents, working with technical teams (developers and solution architects) going through complete product life cycle, integrating customer feedback, pre and post launch execution. Defined and executed product roadmaps, ensure a healthy product backlog which feeds into my scrum. As a product manager, my main responsibility includes, end to end product designing, developing new propositions for digital wallet, target new segments, working with engineering, operations, and develop go to market strategies for commercial go live. Worked on reporting and analyses where I analysed growth trends of each product and services, customer consumption behaviour and build engagement strategies accordingly. Worked with Operations team to develop product SLAs ensuring efficient TATs for optimal customer complaint resolution. Some of the key products, I worked on and later launched:1) Designed first ever digital onboarding via JazzCash for Minor Accounts in Pakistan.2) Designed a new subscription based revenue model for the fintech ensuring uptake of the digital wallet and increase monthly active users (MAU).

Designed and launched a UI/UX programme. Provided technical assistance and Product Management support to the startups for improving their success metrics and user experience. Provided support as Product Manager to the fintech startups in scaling their product, making them commercial ready. Hands on approach with user testing, business case, and securing partnership for the fintechs I managed. 7 startups progressed to secure Bank/ telco as their first client and raised further funding of more than USD 100,000.The Products that I worked on included: real time KYC check, Airtime billing, Agri tech solutions, digital ROSCA etc

Successfully launched 3 Fintech Challenge Rounds and managed a fintech startup portfolio of 10, worth USD 1 Million. As a portfolio manager of these fintechs, I was involved with the following:1) Milestone based contracts with the selected Fintechs, ensuring their growth and product development targets are met.2) Hands on support in ensuring product design and making their products commercial ready. 3) Due Diligence and monitoring activities to ensure, funds are being expansed on the agreed activities.

As an Inclusive Finance analyst I worked on the delivery of multiple projects commissioned by The World Bank Group and StateBank of Pakistan. During the delivery of these projects, I conducted various research, conducted Focus Group Discussion and Key Informant Interviews. I was also responsible for technical proposal writing and budgeting to secure potential projects.

A short term assignment of 8 months, I worked on developing construction's quality control monitoring protocols for the Government of Sindh's annual development schemes. Conducted field visits to ensure the funds are properly deployed on the grounds. Identified gaps and suggested improvements for efficient allocation for the funds.

Associated with the social policy department of the firm. Involved in project management, data analysis, data cleaning, monitoring & evaluation, survey design, report writing & proposal development. Furthermore, I assisted in training & development of field enumerators for data gathering through questionnaires and focus group discussions.
