The Director, Employee Experience & Development, will be responsible for directly partnering with the Senior Vice President of People and Culture to align the employee experience strategy with the overall business objectives of LISC. This role will create, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive strategy that includes initiatives to enhance the onboarding process, employee learning and developmental programs, coaching models for individual contributors and managers, as well as supporting the continuous efforts in increase employee engagement across the organization.

Greater New York City Area

In this role I manage LISC's Mandatory Training for Harassment Prevention and Anti-Bullying. Conduct regular performance management training, manage the organization's Tuition Reimbursement Program, provide individual coaching sessions, manage Absorb, the organization's Learning Management System. I also manage LISC's Mentorship, Sponsorship, and Coaching program to develop talent at all levels.Managed to rollout of LISC's Mobile Campus program during the Summer of 2019. This program prepared the organization for working remotely as of March 2020. Mobile Campus was a policy allowing participating employees to work remotely up to two days each week. This program was replaced by the current Workplace Policy in July 2022 which allows employees to choose between a Hybrid, In Office, or Remote working arrangement.Evaluated LISC's established Mentorship program in 2019 and redesigned the program to allow for increased participation by employees across the company. Through our partnership with MentorcliQ, LISC is able to serve up to 250 participants in two mentoring programs from anywhere in LISC's footprint, in a hybrid mentoring relationship. LISC's Mentorship Program is an onboarding program, matching more tenured staff with less tenured staff, building bridges across the organization through quarterly Mentor Mixers, and supporting the Leadership Development of Mentors through the Mentorship Skills Building Curriculum.In partnership with LISC's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice Department, we designed and implemented our very first Sponsorship Program, pairing mid-level managers with Sr. Leadership for an 18 month professional development journey. Participants engage in a learning curriculum and are prepared for advancement through our succession plan.During 2023 I established a partnership with AceUp to bring coaching to LISC's leadership. We offered 12 months of Group Coaching and relaunched the program in the beginning of 2024 as Individual Coaching.

• Drafted position statements in response to EEOC discrimination allegations; due to detailed performance management process and record keeping, all cases were dismissed with no evidence of discrimination.• Represented company during collective bargaining negotiation with Union representing Brooklyn Warehouse Employees prior to warehouse closure. Assisted employees in choosing courses aligned with their experience, goals, and areas of need.• Coordinated 2-day New Hire Employee Orientation program for 25 to 90 new hires every two weeks; secured 30 representatives from more than 15 departments and 4 external organizations to present at the orientation and organized scheduling.• Orchestrated Mandatory Learning Program participation to maintain compliance with Joint Commission, HIPAA, and HR requirements for more than 13K employees and 8K non-employees; determined course assignments based on employee roles.• Completed validity and reliability tests on all training programs and knowledge evaluations; conducted statistical analysis of data and correlation of Mandatory Learning test scores with education level, tenure, and other variables.• Organized Skype meetings with physicians in the Middle East as part of an international conference; coordinated scheduling to accommodate difference in time zones.
