Event Marketing-Planned and executed ~120 events annually averaging 1,000+ attendees on property across all industry with a strong focus on B2B and B2C tech clients.-Managed over 300 concurrent B2B relationships and accounts that spans globally from previous and ongoing events.-Partnered with 30+ preferred vendors to source furniture, rentals, décor, audio/ visual, talent, DMC’s, etc.-Consulted on event floorplans, design, flow, program, run of show, registration, etc.-Worked with event technology such as CVENT, Salesforce, Social Tables, AllSeated, Eventbrite, and AutoCAD for event production.-Budgeted and allocated resources based on each client’s priorities and provided metrics for ROI reporting.-Ensured on-brand consistency and messaging for each client by coordinating with their internal teams.-Developed event collateral, merchandise and giveaways.-Contributed to digital builds of event websites, registration, marketing campaigns, ads and sponsorships.-Supervised a team to facilitate logistics, operations, and production functions including onsite support.Real Estate and Hospitality Operations-Managed over 30,000 sq. ft. of meetings and events space and 300,000 sq. ft. of mixed use and retail spaces.-Completed multi-million-dollar renovation of meetings and event spaces with architects, general contractors, city government, etc.-Exceeded 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 multi-million-dollar revenue goal by 22% with consistent 7% annual growth since 2013.-Prioritized new business opportunities and converted 27% of new business leads.-Curated internal guides relating to customer service, operational, emergency and triage management for training and accountability of staff and team.-Maintained and tracked multi-million-dollar budgets that grew NOI from 72% to 76%.-Promoted Starwood properties at field marketing events and other platforms.-Architect a scalable business model to define and refine operations processes to achieve optimal efficiency.
