Within my role as a Senior Product Solutions Engineer at Baebies, I work on a team to support the use of our pediatric diagnostic testing devices in hospitals and laboratory settings. Our team is responsible for customer success, creating and implementing training materials, installing instruments, and improving the product through collaboration with the hardware and software R&D departments. My specialty in this role is working with the sales team to engage in pre-sales technical discussions and relay production estimates to operational stakeholders internally.I previously worked at Epic Systems as a Technical Coordinator and Team Lead where I oversaw a team of 28 solution engineers for a multi-hospital organization and directly supervised 3 team members on their responsibilities within Epic's Clinical Documentation application to ensure quality support for their customers.Outside of work I love getting outside and doing pretty much anything! Originally from East Rochester NY, I attended Syracuse University and earned my Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Engineering and Computer Science Management. Since graduating college I have worked in Madison Wisconsin for Epic Systems and Raleigh NC for Baebies.
