Sr. Program Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Operations
Current• Lead the development of a global talent attraction process focused on quality, efficiency, compliance, and cost while ensuring a customer-centric approach.• Apply project management principles to drive TA initiatives, collaborating with technology teams and COEs to enhance automation, standardization, and AI integration.• Implement clear, stakeholder-focused recruiting processes that keep candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the recruitment cycle.• Optimize the candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experience by identifying and leveraging end-to-end technological solutions.• Oversee the operational cadence of the TA function, managing multi-year modernization roadmaps, coordinating team meetings, and driving the adoption of new processes and technologies.• Provide strategic solutions, building solid relationships with adjacent corporate units (e.g., DE&I, Legal, Compliance, Benefits) to ensure quality and compliance across TA functions.• Lead CRM/ATS implementation, managing system changes, optimizing processes, and conducting global training.• Maintain vendor governance standards and continuously assess new partners to support continuous improvement efforts.• Facilitate feedback forums for TA peers, sharing best practices and aligning input with continuous improvement initiatives.• Use Power BI to analyze and visualize data, providing insights to inform data-driven decision-making across the TA function.• Prioritize and manage a continuous improvement “punch list” to align initiatives with business goals.• Collaborate on cross-functional global projects, ensuring alignment with broader company strategies and driving growth within TA.
