With over a decade of experience in telecom sales, both B2C and B2B, I transitioned into the burgeoning hemp and CBD industry in 2016. Leveraging my extensive knowledge gained through mentorship under Dr. Gregory Smith, I quickly established myself as a leader in the field, educating, lobbying, and providing CBD and other hemp products in Texas and other areas until 2020.In 2019, I founded American Remedy Hemp Company & TurtleLeaf Farms before acquiring a cannabis cultivation and processing license in Oklahoma. Over the next five years, I built all the infrastructure on my farm, managed operations, overseeing cultivation, compliance, and processing operations. My leadership and entrepreneurial vision have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success.In early 2024, I became a Founding Partner in VARIN, one of the first and premiere THCv companies offering products backed by clinical trials. As a seasoned product formulator, VARIN has introduced innovative products to the market, including THCv capsules, a hemp-derived THC+THCv beverage, and a non-intoxicating clean energy drink combining THCv+CBD, nootropics, and Lion’s Mane. VARIN also has other products in R&D currently and preparing for production.My expertise in cannabis and hemp, coupled with my strategic approach to product development and business growth, I've positioned myself as a thought leader and pioneer in the industry.I see the horizon, and look forward to continuing to build my network and achieve my vision.
