I drive internal communications through engagement plans to sensitize employees to organisational changes, wellness initiatives and business updates. I provide support in the form of crisis communications in scenarios that may threaten the business' reputation, image and/or financial stability. Furthermore, as the businesses spokesperson I proactively engage the media to drive consistent brand awareness and credibility in stakeholder groups through writing of press releases, feature articles, thought leadership and press conferences. Malawi

I worked with Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) studying their company profiles and operations to understand their market needs and crafted Marketing campaigns that streamlined their communications framework, facilitating the creation of the brand assets through third party agencies. I created social media strategies and recommendations on which mediums are best utilized to amplify the brand. I researched industry trends and commercial opportunities using the information acquired to equip businesses with actionable insights.

Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, in this role I coordinated all B2B marketing activities and initiatives which included coordinating B2B product launches, product newsletters and website updates in partnership with TransUnion’s Chicago Head Quarters. I administered marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing budget forecasts and tracking spend; preparing marketing materials and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations for TransUnion South Africa and subsidiaries in Kenya, Zambia, Namibia and Swaziland.
