Responsibility for overseeing and managing the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of client structures, including Jersey listed funds, public non-listed companies and private SPVs.Experience with corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, share transactions, IPOs and fund raisings, management buy-outs and restructures. Part of a project team to implement a transformational data management system across the business. Management of a team of administrators from trainee to senior administrator level, including day-to-day management, appraisals, personal development management. Development of certain procedures encompassing internal operation procedures and processes, corporate governance and company secretarial procedures. Providing technical training.
