Engaged in both client work and KRC marketing projects. For client work, aided team in conducting and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative research at all levels of the project lifecycle. Tasks included writing memos, programming and testing online surveys, designing presentation decks, proofing data and presentations, and observing focus groups and interviews.For the internal marketing committee, played a key role in updating and implementing KRC's social media strategy, and regularly tracked the strategy's impact. Tasks included pitching and posting content, designing infographics, and drafting the company newsletter.

Developed and executed social media strategy on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, and Google+ to promote company videos and increase brand awareness.Gained proficiency in Google AdWords and developed a company-tailored paid advertising strategy, in addition to designing AdWords-tailored website landing pages using Unbounce. Wrote and edited for the company blog and reported on industry trends for content marketing, and designed the company email newsletter using MailChimp.

The Fundamentals of Business is a college-credit summer course for high school students, taught by McDonough School of Business professor Thomas Cooke.Mentored and guided several small groups of students in brainstorming and developing their own business plans for their capstone presentation.

Worked in Professor Abigail Marsh's research lab, investigating neurological mechanisms of empathy and psychopathy.Recruited subjects, helped administer studies, collected & entered data in MS Excel, conducted literature reviews, and collaborated with team to help edit lab's academic papers & plan studies.Became proficient in Qualtrics, using it to create and modify online surveys.

Teaching assistant for Professor Andrea Bonior's undergraduate course in Abnormal Psychology at Georgetown. Worked closely with the professor and helped answer students' questions; reviewed, administered, and graded exams.

Trained new callers in addition to continuing to make fundraising calls. Was shadowed by new students and trained them throughout the semester in calling techniques such as delivery, rapport, and overcoming objections.

Called alumni, parents, and friends of Georgetown to raise funds for university programs and scholarships. During calls, engaged in natural and guided rapport with prospects and regularly overcame objections and obstacles.Won the annual office-wide calling competition based on pledge rates and earned an attendance award during first year. In second year, earned the highest individual pledge at Phonathon in the prior three years.

Worked with the other founding members of Trendify during its formative first year. Found and built relationships with other startups who could act as beta testers for the service, and communicated with potential investors. Also promoted the company by communicating with the press and arranging interviews with media publications.To develop company's online presence, constructed and managed Trendify's LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter pages and built an online fan base of over 2,700 followers over 6 months. Also developed content marketing and wrote blog posts for the website.

Worked as an Institute Assistant in for the College Prep and Medical programs. College Prep program: a three-week SAT prep course for high school students. Was responsible for about 20 students, mentored them about the college application process, and organized activities for them outside of the classroom. Also helped grade exams and collaborated with the other Institute Assistants in developing activities. Medical Institute: 8-day intensive program with similar role, and additionally led discussion sessions on the students' daily lessons.
