The Cowen Institute equips leaders and practitioners with skills and resources to increase educational and postsecondary success among New Orleans students. In this role, I assisted in creating flyers, excel spreadsheets, and newsletters that would be shared to others. I also worked in person to help organize and support meetings and events that the Cowen Institute would have.

The Carolyn Barber Pierre Center for Intercultural Life which includes the Office of Multicultural Affairs, actively centers the experiences and voices of those who have been marginalized, while promoting accountability that changes the campus culture, transforming Tulane into a place where all students can thrive. In this role, I assisted with different projects related to the promotion of multicultural affairs events, as well as created surveys to send out to those who attended these events. I also aided in events held in the office by setting and cleaning up the area.

Kept front desk area clean and organized, assisted customers' concerns or complaints, handled calls that answered general questions about the park, as well as specific questions related to customers inquiries, ensured a positive experience for all customers. In this role, I also earned a Fast Service Award at my company's quarterly meeting.

In this role, I helped students to understand academic material by encouraging critical thinking and catering to the learning styles of the students. I tutored 3rd grade English and Math to students while also assisting the teacher with any administrative tasks.
