At Heaven 2 Seven I do many things. My role is to open the store of the morning, set up the till and run the computer system (MYOB). I serve customers and make cash and EFTPOS sales. I have to keep the shop clean and tidy while supervising all the customers. I have to rearrange the store for new stock. Pricing and stocktake. I also have to keep an eye on all other staff members. At the end of the day I have to close the shop, count the float and make sure everything adds up for the day. Lights off and close the store.

I had to wash dishes, prepare food before service started and serve food during service. I needed to clean benches and make sure that the wait staff were on time delivering the food to the customers. At the end of service I would have to help the chef pack up all the food, and pack up the kitchen.

Washing dishes, making salads and breads, making sure everything in the restaurant was fully stocked (Salad Bar), heating food, serving food, packing up comtainers and food at the end of service, mopping, sweeping.
