-Provides strong sales focus on each prospective and current customer.-Responsible for managing leads from applicable software platform (Entrata).-Must compile and organize all paperwork including entering applications into property management software system, preparing Lease, all associated addendum and move-in package.-Assist with creating marketing plan/strategy for the assigned community. -Network marketing, outreach marketing and internal marketing required to keep a minimum of 95% occupancy. -Updating all marketing material through ILS and Websites and BBC Marketing Department.-Create all content for social media and communication on platforms to engage consumers and narrate the lifestyle and experience of living at the community through photography, videography and the written word.

•Responsible for renting out the property and assisting tenants with their needs.•Receiving move-in fees and coordinating with current tenants to discuss lease changes.•Meeting potential renters and guiding them on tours of model unit & property.•Following up on leads for potential renters.•Building a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized service.
