As an Assistant Store Manager for Glassons my role is to generate sales through understanding and styling customers, as well as, motivating a team in order to reach KPIs. My responsibilities within Glassons have allowed me to gain an excellent understanding of budgets, weekly and monthly targets, marketing and sales to multiple demographics. Throughout my career at Glassons I have also acted as Store Manager for 4 months, which allowed me to further my knowledge in managing a team and being responsible for the day to day running of the business.

As a Stylist Assistant for Sophie Hart Styling and Production, my primary role was to work collaboratively as a part of the team. This consists of purchasing and styling outfits for clients before photo shoots or film productions. My responsibilities also included styling models and background extras, as well as, the surrounding location or set. When not working on photo shoots I would organise clothing options and manage clientele’s talent for upcoming jobs, as well as, attending fittings prior to the photo shoots.
