However, following my childhood dream, I shifted my focus and applied to the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. There, I gained practical knowledge through two six-month internships in Food & Beverage and Events. Fast-forward four years, thrilled to jump into the industry, I joined Boccard Traiteur as Event Manager, starting my first professional challenge.🧀 At Boccard Traiteur, I organised all catering services for events in collaboration with Espace Gruyère SA, handling functions ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale events for up to 4,000 people. This included banquets, seminars, corporate meals, fairs, and agricultural exhibitions.✨ I currently work at the Chaplin's World museum in the Swiss Riviera as Head of Events. There, I coordinate interdepartmental activities to harmoniously integrate private events with the museum's regular operations and guarantee their smooth execution while collaborating with external providers and partners. I also manage billing processes, analyse and report on event performance to drive improvements, and define strategy to reach the department goals.
