Current• Project management: manage day to day operations on conversion projects, manage delivery of project on time and within budget• System selection for wholesale, retail, treasury, cash management and trade finance systems: create detailed functional requirements, compile complete RFP document based on the World Bank template, develop/implement scoring methodology for RFP, Demos and proof of concept (POC) • Islamic Banking system selection based on the specific requirements relating to the Islamic Banking sector, create detailed functional requirements • GAP analysis (Conventional and Islamic Banking): establish methodology for complete gap analysis from data gathering through document formation • User Acceptance Testing (Conventional and Islamic): develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process methodology and UAT workshops • Business analysis and design of financial applications: work closely with users to understand, determine and document functional requirements• Business process redesign for front and back office operations: analyze current procedures in terms of work-flow, staffing, bottlenecks and timeliness, develop new processes to eliminate redundancies and to provide efficient and accurate processing • Reconciliation of accounts: develop reconciliation methodology for conversions (mock and real) • Development and implementation of training seminars: prepare work materials and present courses
