With nearly 40 years' international business experience, I am a Private Wealth Consultant and Leadership Coach, based between Guernsey and the Gulf countries. I have several years' Board experience gained in the UAE and Channel Islands. I am an adviser to organisations seeking business development and capital raising opportunities.I began my long career in finance as one of the first women to work in the London Stock Exchange and I have worked in wealth management ever since. In 2015, I founded Castellet Consulting, an independent investment consultancy service in the UAE & Monaco. In 2017, I founded the Women's Investment Network, a platform which inspires women to become financially knowledgeable and engaged with money management skills. I recently brought these brands under one umbrella at www.zoecousens.com from where I offer my Coaching Programs, leveraging my extensive knowledge to help my clients reach their full potential and achieve their goals by feeling confident & courageous along the key stages of their personal & professional journeys to growth.I have achieved a number of professional awards and I am a regular speaker at events such as the World Women Leaders Summit, STEP Arabia and the Wealth Arabia Conference, as well as being interviewed and published in the UK and UAE media.
