I am an EMCC accredited coach, facilitator and trainer with 20+ years’ experience leading multi-national and multi-functional teams. I combine an understanding of what drives and undermines individuals, with concepts drawn from neuroscience and psychology. I primarily work in 4 areas: 1) Supporting and developing leaders: creating their vision, bringing about change, having their desired impact2) Personal transition: supporting individuals taking on a new role, or returning to work3) Re-igniting the passion: generating a sense of purpose, addressing overwhelm or wobbles, increasing resilience4) Generating step changes in performance for individuals and teams: embedding new behaviours, habits, or mind set, to increase effectiveness Clients describe me as calm, intelligent and empowering. My aim is to generate deep insights and use them to drive tangible changes: co-creating strategies or toolkits to overcome challenging hurdles, master new skills, or find your ‘mojo’. I have developed coaching programs, team coaching, webinars and training for diverse organisations, including: Britvic, Publicis Sapient, The Rugby Football Union (RFU), The Samaritans and a WPP branding agency. Recent 1-2-1 coaching assignments have been with: Accenture, Boots, EDF Energy, EY, Haymarket Publishing, JC Decaux, Lambeth Council, Leeds University, LHH Penna, Medtronic, Oakham School, Ogilvy, Pepsico, Receipt Bank, Sky, Ticketmaster, Virgin Media, Viacom. I am accredited to use Hogan Assessments and Lumina Spark - psychometrics to support individuals and teams to perform at their best and organisations with their recruitment.I was formerly Lead Coach for online coaching organisation Thrive Partners, where I recruited and trained all coaches and was awarded with an EQA (Global Quality Award), conferred by the EMCC, for the coach onboarding program I developed.Now based in the UK, I have also lived and worked in Amsterdam. I was chair of governors for my local school for seven years and I now work with a local charity for the homeless.
