My favorite takeaway? The value of building good relationships and the long-lasting impact you can have on a person. I was lucky enough to transition to EdTech, where I've enjoyed the chance to continue fostering strong relationships and putting people first. In my first year with Imagine Learning, I was asked to take a leadership role for my team by creating best-in-class sales enablement campaigns. I developed state-wide informative webinars, new email collateral & copy, and supported my team's accounts to fill skills & knowledge gaps. As a result, our team substantially surpassed prior year's sales and I personally surpassed my quota by 33%. The following year I was given a 41% quota increase and was tasked with aiding in the training of new hires and participating in the company's leadership training program. That year I exceeded quota by 10% and was the top rep for new and expansion business for my sales region. My next challenge came when I accepted a role with McGraw Hill's Digital Acceleration Team where I focused solely on new and expansion business. I am beyond grateful to have found a career that aligns with my passion for education and my goal of developing impactful relationships. I look forward to the many challenges to come!
