I am an inspired and motivated hardworking Business graduate who has studied HRM and Management at Griffith University who has discovered their passion for HRM particularly and retail through learning more about myself! With majority of my past professional experiences being in fashion retail and customer service focused positions, I wish to grow in this industry and move up in HR within the industry to fulfil my great potential. I have very high aspirations and interests in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition Management and Generalist HR Management. With hands-on experience during my time on my internship at Mura Boutique, I found my growing love and passion for Recruitment and Talent Acquisition whilst working within the HR team and independently that I wish to pursue among graduation. In addition to my hands-on experience I was named most improved from my class when completing my Diploma of Business in 2015 and was awarded a plaque for this, which is one of my greatest achievements to date outside of University. Adding onto my greatest accompishments, I have been placed into the 5% of business graduates at Griffith University with the Griffith Award for Academic Excellence for achieving a distinction or higher for an entire year! If this is just the start of my career I can’t wait to see what I can achieve in the next few years!
