I am an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years' experience, at the executive level, across the Media and Retail industries. Driven by the desire to improve operational and commercial effectiveness whilst enhancing the team experience, the wellbeing of my teams is also always at the forefront of my mind. Currently, and most recently, I have been responsible for setting up Woolworths Group’s new media sales business, Cartology and driving the people strategy for this new business whilst also partnering the CMO and Woolworths Group's Brand & Reputation function.
