I managed the content across all west coast cities and led five territories. I developed our content principles and content strategy to ensure that our weekly texts were a relevant, helpful tool as the one-stop-shop for fun (and fully vetted) things to do locally. Every city sent three per week.I was also responsible for big company initiatives like hiring in new cities, our NudgeAI content strategy, social media ads, and user-onboarding. I redesigned our onboarding to be personalized and seasonal, which increased engagement amongst new Nudgers.I also created a content strategy to increase conversion to Nudge Plus, which paywalled any kind of "Underground" content (IYKYK things to do + events with limited capacity). This strategy accounted for 25% of Nudge Plus sign-ups.

Worked with junior and senior high school students on their college applications (specifically their Personal Statement Essays). The three students I worked with on a weekly basis were all admitted to their top choice.

Directed photoshoots for Coach's Instagram. Designed the layout for online ad campaigns and promotional emails. Compiled a 60-page social media analysis report that became a reference document for the entire Digital Department.

Youngest member to ever serve on the SHEI Executive Board. Created the layout and theme for all articles and photoshoots. Attended weekly meetings to collaborate with the photo team and literary staff members. Teen Vogue rated SHEI as one of the top student-run, college based, fashion magazines in the country.
