As a Finance and Accounting major at the University of Colorado Boulder, I am an active student within the Leeds School of Business. I participate in the Leeds Scholars and Business & Engineering Women in Technology Programs, work for the Leeds Admissions and Career offices, and am a member of Leeds Investment and Trading Group, Leeds Investment Banking Club, and Leeds Student Government.This summer, I gained valuable experience interning with the Investor Relations team at Bow River Capital. There, I contributed to writing white papers for fund strategies, developed a Public Market Equivalent to benchmark the performance of eight funds, and supported the team during the launch of a new defense fund.Beyond my academic pursuits, I serve as a Grants Intern at The Citizens Foundation, the world’s largest independently run network of schools and the largest employer of Pakistani women. This role has deepened my appreciation for education, nonprofit funding strategies, and the impact of philanthropy. I am passionate about integrating these insights into a future career in socially responsible investing.
